Well it’s not long now folks… just a few days til Xmas! At ours we are having a themed Xmas – a few years ago everyone bought Chinese dishes – this year Indian! It is great to have a theme for your table, to inspire guests to step outside of their comfort zone and give you a ball to start rolling from… We are going to attempt to make homemade Christmas crackers, drink lassi’s (yum) and eat indian spiced prawns and mango salad.
